Well good news, got half an hour in the garage between things today. Put a good set of tires on and borrowed a battery from another tractor. Turned the key and fired right up. I got the multimeter out to check charging and nothing. Hmm. Then I noticed when I bumped the dash, the ampmeter went to charging. So, I've got a lose wire under the dash somewhere. Rechecked and boom, 14.6v. So all in all I'm happy. If you guys are interested, I'll keep updating the thread as I make progress on the 1811.
