Today I picked up a real nice original model 1200. Runs and drives excellent! The mower deck is near perfect and has a creeper gear!!
This is my very first Quietline series Cub and I now know why they are called "Quietlines" after having Originals you can hardly hear this thing
I have a couple questions right off the bat...does the 1200 take a steering wheel cap or the decal? I would like to have one of those. Also the PO has a piece of wire tying the side panels together with a piece of wire above the engine. Was there a rod or some kind of bracket that was to fasten the side panels? Other than those two minor things the tractor seems great. Any help is appreciated as always.
