Before you run the 149 much, raise the hood, and get an allen wrench that will fit the s/generator pulley on the crankshaft. It take a long allen wrench, but you can reach through a couple holes there and tighten the heck out of it. Miine rattled after I had overhauled it, worked itself loose. I took all the PTO clutch and the s/g pulley off and put in a new key and new allens. Tightened it all back up and intend to keep an eye on it. Its a lot easier to do that than to take the freakin pto clutch and all that off again.
