If you can get access to an air hammer that's my choice every time. Some here use pullers or home made pullers but a 5/16 bolt down inside the tube to air hammer on so you don't muck up the threads and some upward pressure will pop it right off. My blue point has a flat ended bit on it and it never fails. And of course some penetrating oil, PB or whatever. Keep us posted
