This mower was made for a Sears Suburban and had rubber bushings in the mounts. Now I know why. I'll have to figure out how to redo the mounts and add vibration absorbing material.

The bulk of the weight is carried on the rock shaft. The deck lift raises the mower head frame (mower height). I'm planning on using hydraulics to raise (fold up) and lower the cutter bar. That is manual now.

I don't use my Cub. I just work on it and look at it. So far it's holding up very well.
