The early 100s had a Carter carb on them. The top part and throttle shaft are different. You can use a Kohler carb rebuild kit. I had 2 carbs that style and had to modify the throttle shaft to make it work. I had to mill a flat on the newer throttle shaft to make it work.

If you do not have access to a mill I would find a newer #26 carb.
