I have no pictures, but the dash is capable of housing up to three valves. As for hoses, you have a few options. First option (easiest) is find NOS or used aux hoses for a Cyclops, or perhaps ones for a 3000 series? Second option (cheapest) is to get some used lift cylinder hoses, and extend them, either with JIC or crimp couplers. Third option (IMO, best) is to machine (drill and tap) for NPT or straight, and use generic hoses, just like every other IH/early CCC Cub uses for the lift cylinder. As for the hard supply and return lines, bend the originals. Don't be afraid to cut, flare, and splice, if need be (read hose option #2). I do not know of any manufacturer who makes fittings with the goofy flanges, and these are your only options, unless you possess a die/crimper to add the said flanges, or you machine some small lock collar type flanges and rework the clamps, but a magic wand may be easier to make, and would solve more problems than this. If you go that route, I'd like a Danco loader for my O.
