I got it out I pretty much did as all you guys suggested.I put the piston at the bottom of its stroke and gave it a few taps then put the vise grips on it pretty tight and got it move a 1/16 of a turn.I knew I had it then I just kept working it back and forth with lots of P.B and it came out.It was tarnished pretty bad on the inside of the block and had a little wear which probably didnt help any.I knew it was gona be toast when and if I got out this morning so I stopped and order a new one along with new points. Now Im on to my next adventure of installing my first set of points and timing the engine to see if it will start.Little victorys make you feel almost as good as the big ones sometimes...Thanks for the input Randy......
