I have got to say, that using a hydro to till with is not at all relaxing. It seems that you are constantly moving the lever to match ground conditions and what the tiller is doing. Frankly I want my garden time to be fun and relaxing and not just something else that is yet "another aggravation".

Please know that I try not to be one of the guys that is constantly "going on" about what nice equipment they have, blah, blah... BUT

This is about the easiest to use, and fun to till with set-up that I've ever seen or used. It really has put the fun back in tilling.

Some day, I hope to have a freshly rebuilt 14hp engine in it, but for now, it's like tilling garden riding on a Cadillac.

Good luck with your high hp, gear drive, tilling machine project.
