GOT IT.. its the needle and seat ill pcik up a cab kit and rebuild her, disassembled the carb bowl again and bent the float needle up alittle re assembled runs ok, surges though but when its cut off theres not a drop leaked might try to re adjust the carb but she runs and dose not drip or flood
