Default I have the cover off to examine the ACR system...how should the spring look?

Hi,

When I crank my 129 without the spark plug in the cylinder, it cranks much faster and constant speed. With the spark plug in, however, it goes really slowly. Someone here awhile back told me that this is indicative of an ACR problem. So I have that cover off and have been examining the spring, but I don't know quite how it should look, having no familiarity with this. I see that the one side of the spring appears to be attached to the side of the flyweight, but the other side of the spring seems to be sort of on the inside part of a weight. Shouldn't both parts of the spring be engaged on the outer edge of the weights?

Thanks,
Keith
