Please stop throwing parts at it. Flush the fuel system, maybe replace the hose from the tank to the carb.

Yes, it could be the carb.... if they are both plugged up. Condenser is a possibility, but being that you didn't have this problem till you started working on the fuel system, it's probably fuel related.
