Thanks for the feed back, it is a 4 wheel drive, 60" mower.roll over protection. 1100 hours.no power steering. second owner, and he has had it for over twelve years. priced around $4.000. I am going to look closer at it this week. footprint wise it is similar to a Kubota B7500. I do plan to install some fence ,maybe grading,landscaping ect. probably not much mowing.
