There are very few people that have the tools needed for machine work but if you find a good machine shop near you they can measure everything when you get it apart. Look in resources and you will find the Kohler k series rebuild manual with everything you need information wise. Its a good feeling to do it yourself and I'm sure the machine shop will advise you as well as many people here in reference to putting it back together.
