IH started production on the Wide Frame series in September of 1971 with the 86, 108, 109, 128, 129, 149, 169 model tractors. That series ended in September of 1974 and IH started production on the Quiet Line series in October of 1974.
Some of the other fellas here may have some actual production dates, but without taking the time to look it up, I'm not exactly sure what they are. This will get you really close though.
