Motor from your 1450 will go right in. Just change the drive hub on the flywheel side, and a little bit of electrical, add a pto switch, and it will bolt right in. I put a k341 (16 horse out of a 1650) in a 149. Easy job. Takes about 2 hours. Good luck! Oh ya, you will need to change the big cast iron hood mount. You need the wide one from the 1450 so the muffler will work
