Ok.... my bad.

I see it now in the diagram, and in the parts book I missed it cause it is labeled "neutral safety". I was looking for PTO.........
BUT, again, that is a
SYMPTOM, not the problem. Start at the BATTERY and go from there. If it has 6V on
BOTH sides.... THAT IS NOT WHERE THE PROBLEM IS! See R Bedell's post #9.
The PTO safety switch is only on the
START circuit. It wouldn't cause it to die suddenly.
