Anybody done a rear end main shaft replacement? I've got a 126 that wouldn't go into 2nd or 3rd gear. I was hoping it was just a bent shift fork, but when I took the shifter cover off, both forks were fine. After looking a little more I found that the main shaft is twisted and that's what is preventing the gear from sliding on the shaft. I was able to bang it loose so it will now go into second gear fine. But the twist in the shaft won't let it slide forward into 3rd.
Wondering if anyone has replaced that shaft and how much of a pain it is?
