The leak is coming from the flared fitting on the line side. There seems to be a worn area on the line flange and the fitting so I chose to replace the line, fitting and o-ring at each end. May be overkill but I don't like to do things twice. The O-ring was not cracked but it was starting to become brittle. The hydro is full except for what has leaked from the line. I changed the fluid and filter after replacing the differential cover gasket. I don't recall the filter number, but I replaced it with the same OEM filter that was on it.
I had a bad bucking problem so I welded up the worn spots in the damper plate and replaced the nylon bushings. The bucking has been corrected and i don't seem to have any creep with the brake off. I hope it is just air but I stopped messing with it after the leak got worse. My parts should be in this weekend and I will follow-up after install.
