Hey Don, Will certainly check that out. This tractor does not belong to me. I am only trying to help out a friend. This thing has been sitting for over 2 years.

For right now.......the stupid thing has a bad fuel pump absolutely for sure.
When I bypass the fuel pump and gravity feed it from another fuel tank and line set up.......still no fuel into the carb at all.

In the Kohler manual it states that if you do not ground the other plug when testing one for a spark that it will cause damage. I actually did not test the spark myself as I had never gotten around to finding my little tester, but the owner had told me that he and his uncle had already confirmed that there is no spark the old fashioned way, so I am expecting the worst.

Now this is unbelievable, I saw a bolt sticking out of the front of the tractor at the belt lock tensioner to hold the tensioner locked......THEY HAVE A 98 INCH BELT ON THE PTO DRIVE BELT!!!!!! Should be a 114 inch for the 60 inch deck. So, needless to say that has to be fixed.

Kind of worried about how deep I am getting into this thing...keep thinking no good deed goes unpunished. Hopefully this does not go sideways on me.

Will take plenty of pics after I dig into this thing on Saturday if it does not rain on me. He may be selling this thing after it is fixed as he needs the money, but he also had the idea that this thing is gold plated and should bring 2-3 thousand parted out..........LOL
