I would have give $200 for that myself. You will enjoy working on it and the satisfaction of fixing it up.

Hopefully something is not wrong with the engine causing the problem of not rotating. I have seen mouse nests packed in the blower housing so tight it would cause that problem. Also seen some magnets behind the flywheel get loose and jam against the engine. Could be something in the driveline.
