Sam , I like the design of your brace. its thought out very well and takes care of a major problem. We really don't see damage to the case's unless something on the inside wants to get out. We always tie the wheelie bars into the 2 bolt holes at the rear and then to the frame in the back and the Super Cub case's are thicker than the cast iron ones.
I've seen the cast iron case's crack from the rear pinion bearing bore up to the top shaft rear needle bearing bore.
