Great minds think alike I guess....
(Let's not debate that, LOL!) I've had a similar set up on my tractor for years!

The switch just below and to the right of the key is for the plug. The other two on the far side are for the front and rear "work" lights I added. Yes, that is an oil pressure gauge on the dash in center.
