It looks to me like you need a drive angle attachment. The one that goes from the tractor (parallel to the ground) to the tiller (perpendicular to the ground) to make that work right. It is kind of hard to see, but that would be where I would start...However, I would get with some of the guys here who have one and make sure your drive pullies on there are the same size.
