I am goin threw the same issue with a leak on my 149. I ran into that pipe problem on mine. There was a year break and a design change to that pipe. A one piece like I have and a three piece like you have. Both fit and both serve the same purpose. I thought my pipe was leaking but when I replaced the crush sleeve it is still leaking from the hydro. Seems to be the cork gasket. Hope this helps good luck.
