Thanks. The tines were cut out of 1/4 inch plate with a torch(with the arc shape) and bent in a vise with heat and a 3# hammer. No treating was done to them and I haven't managed to bend one yet(hooked some pretty big roots/rocks).
The rotors happen to be the exact same size as the wheels,they fit right inside the lip around the wheel quite snug.I just cut a circle out of a piece of 1/8 steel and welded them in the centers,which it just so happens the welds cracked (steel to iron). I used some pipe,1/2 I.D. and the depth of the rotors over two of the existing lug holes and filled the rest with concrete.Originally the weights could be mounted the other way,so they wouldn't stick out so far,but I beefed up the mounting stock and now they hit.
