Pulley diameter is 4-1/2" standard.
You can get a Browing 4-1/4" Dia. 5/8"groove (3/4 bore) from Granger or Applied.com ( the old detroit ball bearing) if not from our suppliers
The 1/4" smaller diameter helps a bit to make the thrower, throw better.
You cannot use a cheap die cast pulley as they will split.
I 'm not sure about your 682, but my 782 with a kt17 or magnum engine does not use a washer or washers under the motor.
