I wouldn't think you would need an adjustable mount since the clutch already moves to tighten the belt. My plan was to still use the driveshaft, clutch plates and fabricate a sprocket for the bottom with clutch material on it to swap out the pulley with. My thought was chains don't need to be TIGHT, so once you got it secure, it should stay that way.

Maybe I'll have to figure something out and do a build thread on it?
