Well I finally got it off...From the looks of it someone had put blue locktite on the set screws...


I noticed that when I took a good look at set screws I managed to get out.I had a friend that owns a tool a die shop and he gave me tip on how to get that broke ez out out. He told me to go get a cheap carbide tipped masonry bit.Looks like a paddle on the end and use it to try to get the broken ez out out....and it worked like a charm...I was skeptical when he said it but I tried it and it worked...Fell like I just won the loto...
