2 things:
1. I noticed the ground lead assembly wire was broken, but the tractor was still running fine. How is this possible without a ground? Could that cause the coil problem that I had?
2. Before the ground wire was broke (I think) the starter would turn over at a lower rpm, while the key was off. Is this an adjustment I can make within the V/R?
