New to the site, and Cub Cadets. Bought an Original about a month ago that I have been working on. Anyway, while at the CC dealer getting a few parts for the O, I spotted a model 100 in the back. It was complete, and had the mower with it. It also had the sleeve hitch adapter with spring assist. I inquired about the little tractor, and the shop owner told me it belonged to a customer that brought it in to have some work done approx. 2 years ago. The work was done, and the owner had never returned any calls to come pay the bill, and pick up his tractor. I was ready to pounce like a cat on it after he told me what the bill was, and readily offered to pay it, load it up, and be on my merry way. So another attempt was made to contact the proper owner with no luck. I was given the number, and what do you know, my call was answered. Long story short, I paid the bill, and the 100 was mine. Got it home, and within a few hrs, fresh gas, and a cleaned carb she was purring like a kitten.
