Default HELP!! Best way to remove a broken roll pin in the rock shaft??

Worked on my sons 149 and had to replace the valve that feeds the hydraulic lift cylinder. After that it still wont pick up the plow. I discovered the rockshaft roll pin on the outside of the frame(the bracket the lift lever for the snow plow hooks to). So I pulled the ends of the roll pin on each end off with pliers. I ended up removing the rear fender and seat to get better access, but now I have beat mercilessly on the broken roll pin.I started with a small punch and tried going up in size from there but that pin doesn't move or want to attempt to move. Can I heat it and try to remove it? What size drill could I use to try that if all else fails? I really don't want to remove the shaft if necessary so that will be my last option..What size roll pin should I get as well??
