I have been cutting most of his grass for the last few years free of charge. He is a lot younger than me but has some health problems. I like to help my neighbors all I can. I finally got him to say what he paid for it. He got it for 50.00 because he knew the owner. I repaid him the money and said that his checking it out and delivering it was payment enough.

Won't he be glad to see you mowing his lawn this spring/summer with that 149!!! Sounds like you have a good neighbor--hard to find, but easy to appreciate! Congratulations on that 149!
