Yep Oak, already in the design. In the picture below, inside the red circles are spherical joints, & inside the green circle is a solid welded connection.. This allows it to turn or steer where the two spherical joints are in line vertically & the third spherical joint allows it to twist.
From above you can see here where it will steer.
In these you can see that it will rock to allow for difference in terrain.
