Todd,
Here is my 125 with the same tins that you have.

There are no studs,just bolts holding the head down.The tin,heat shield,and tank bracket are held on that way.

The head is not a low boss like yours.

The other picture is the 107 that I am swapping out the smokey 10 hp with a good one.

This has a head like yours,washer,nut,spacer,and then jam nuts hold on the tank and the heat shield.
So either you find tins like on my 107 and use bolts and studs,or find a high boss head and use the tins you have.You will need the heat shield too.It also helps support the muffler.The heat shield Doug posted will work also.

There are different locations on these heads for the spark plug.Be sure to get the tins that have the holes in the same spot as yours.
