I did a search on here and across the web. I get there are different styles of piston rings, but everyone has a different idea on how the chamfer is suppose to go. One up, one down. both up. both down. I have the same set of rings and instructions from Stens that a fella on here posted about as to which way they were to go. Instructions says top one with chamfer up and mid one with chamfer down. Even with instructions shown on this thread. some said otherwise for chamfer position. Anybody with some light on this as to why so many opinions. Even against manufacture instruct?
