Got another couple of I hope quick questions

I noticed that hydro CC are supposed to have a shroud around the cooling fan, and yet mine does not have one.

-how important is this shroud? I can feel a breeze out of the back when it's running, and my fan is missing one blade.

-how difficult is it to install one if I do decide to put one on? Can it be slipped around the drive shaft without drive shaft removal?

-is it somewhat common that these are missing? My 147 doesn't have one and I don't remember my dad's 125 having one either.

I know the sponsors sell them if I do decide to get one.
