Nice finds! The 105 look decent overall, but I can't get over how nice that seat looks, it's almost impossible to find a original fiberglass pan seat that nice, that said and with the ags on it ( if it runs and everything is there) I would guess a value of about $350-400. The 124 I would value about the same ( again, depends on if it runs and such) with the three point. As far as one being better that's a hard one, having never run a 10 hp hydro I couldn't say for sure, but it would seem a little underpowered for me, but I could be wrong. It's always nice to have at least one gear drive
