If I had a dollar for any time I heard 'so and so has 40 years of experience...blah blah blah and they know what they are talking about' I could probably quit my job. Experience is meaningless if he hasn't seen what the generic fluids do and don't do. I have had several tractors that I have drained several quarts of WATER out of, and there was no rust in the transmission because the HyTran clung to the gears and inside of the transmission. I have yet to see any other transmission fluid do this. You can use what you want, but there is no substitute.
