Chevy13045 I got the parts at Motion Industries in Syracuse NY.
Yoke # 10-4373 Joint # 1-0170 and they are made by SKF. They are a little pricey but a good investment. Motion will have them shipped to your door. By the way 13045 is the zip code where I live.
