check to make sure that there isnt any grass or dirt built up behind the shrouds and in the fins of the engine/head. also check your carb settings and see if there is anything in the bowl (wouldnt hurt to just clean it all out ) mine ended up being the carb was set to lean and caused my 102 to do the same exact thing. hope this helps.
