Default Need opinions ASAP on a Model 70

I found a nice partially restored model 70 that an acquaintance has for sale. It has been painted a few years back and still looks good. Options are: round fenders w/no reflectors, creeper gear, spring assist, nice mower deck, plow. It has the incorrect seat and grille but I can replace those. The tractor also has brand new Carlisles and tri-ribs. He's asking $850 firm. The 7 hp motor is fine and doesn't smoke at all either. I just want to know what you guys think, is he asking too much and I should keep looking?

Ps. I have a model 70 parts tractor so I would have donor parts if I needed anything. I just don't know what I should do, buy it or keep looking. I have a blade already but I am only looking for a Cub to use for mowing, my 102 will be used for everything else.
