Well, I had to pry the seals out, which didn't really matter because they were trashed.
Here is a picture of the seals that were on the deck. There were two different kinds. One is the IH seal and I am not sure where the other one came from. Someone put the IH seal in upside down.
Also have a picture of the bearing race. I cant get these out and I don't want to pound on them. How do you guys get these out? I don't have any kind of press to do it. The good thing is that the only pulley that was loose is the center one. All I have to do to the two end spindles is replace the seals. The races look pretty good on the center spindle, but the spindle has a lot of wear which was making it loose. Can I get away with replacing the spindle and not the bearings? The bearings are still nice and shiny.
