Default Swapping in pto rear...

Ok, here's the deal. I am picking up a PTO rear for an Original, going to even trade for a NF rear for the 126. I have read several different things on these. First, is IH made a gear reduction that changed the spin on the in and output thus making the PTO spin correctly. Next is that there is a special reverser that can be installed to spin the PTO correct. My question is this, where can I find either of these? I can find nothing anywhere on these gizmo's, I've already designing a custom "bushhog" and modification designs on the rear tiller to allow the PTO run it. I also have plans for an auger for fence posts and working on the design of a flex deck to lift up and cut the ditch bank.
