Well after all of the advice from all of from the fine folks on Only Cub Cadets I went out and bought me a new toy!
Paid more than I wanted but I think with a little elbow grease and such it will be worth it.
The tractor has a 60" haban deck which is too big and heavy for me and my bad back but it is in really nice shape. Maybe soon I'll be posting it for sale here... No 3-point but I can acquire that with time. I missed one thing until after I got her home and that was the remote lift lever is frozen either in the linkage or at the hydraulic unit.
The hour meter read 450.3 hours but I think that is low also.
The good is the guy included for free a 48 or 54" blade with the cylinder for free!
