Paint Remover on Cyclops
So, what will take that awful 90's paint off a cyclops? I'm working on the front rims of the 1882, and the paint is bubbled up everywhere with pockets of rust underneath, but is still hard as a rock. Oven cleaner (lye) does nothing to it.
