If it's all there then that's not a bad price. Almost all of the loaders are the same with their own style sub frame. New sub frame and you can adapt the sears loader to your cub. I would suggest running the pump off the flywheel side of the motor.

SteveW took a FEL off a power king and put it on his 125 via new sub frame with great results. Matt did the same thing and has a great how to on OCC and his site as well. I do prefer this site as it's just the build without the chatter (mine inculded)
