Bolt the tunnel cover on the frame, position the pto handle so that the handle is vertical while the linkage will connect with the pto in neutral (out of gear).
The pto lever is pretty much centered in the cover side vertically.
That method would be better than dimensions. You need the handle to be vertical, if you use my dimension, the handle might not be straight up!!
