Mike I moved your thread to help you come up with a price. If the motor runs good the only other worry would be the ISO mounts. You can check those by getting down on one knee on the right side of the tractor and looking under the tractor and feel the left front ISO mount. The left front wears out frist. The ISO mounts cost $80 to replace. If not to badly worn the drive line should be in good shape.
Pics would really help as well and as a whole it's complete setup with the attachments you have for it.
Once you get pics and look at the ISO mounts we'll be able to price it out better for you.
