Well I got the leak fixed. It was a bad bowl.
I might add that wen I exchanged the bowl I checked the replacement on for any problems.
As of yet I didn't start it up because,
I want to put new cables on the battery first.
I didn't care for the jury rig that was on it before.
But the fuel no longer leaks.
